OUR SHIPPING POLICY

How We Do It

Free UK shipping ( Royal Mail) on orders over £40. Discount code will automatically apply once basket content is £40 or over in value.
UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail. Once dispatched please allow 3 working days for delivery. If you do require your candles or melts urgently, please contact me prior to placing an order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We take care to ensure all products are protected during transit. If there is an occasion where a product arrives damaged. Please contact Rochesterwickcompany@gmail.com with photographic proof of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery. You can return the damaged unused product/s for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately we can not offer refunds or replacements of products that have been used. 


We are more then happy to accept unused exchanges on any of our products for the same size and price within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned item/s.



We cannot refund or replace any used products.

Personal information will not be sold, released or rented to any companies or individuals outside of Rochester Wick Company.


We do not store any credit card details you provide us when making a purchase.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. 


By reading this you accept all terms and conditions stated here.

Contract of Sale


All orders that you place with us in person or through our website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.  When you place an order with Rochester Wick Company we will send you an email confirming receipt and details of your order.  The final acceptance of your order will be complete at the time the product is dispatched.


Any products from the order not confirmed on the invoice enclosed have not been purchased and therefore the ownership remains with Rochester Wick Company until payment for the order has been made.

Rochester Wick Company are not currently VAT registered.

Mainland UK deliver

FREE UK  delivery on all orders over £40.00. Delivery cost for mainland UK on orders under £40.00 is £3.99


Products

All products are subject to availability. In the unlikely event a product becomes unavailable, we will inform you as soon as we possibly can to avoid disappointment.




Goods not received/ Incorrect orders/Breakages

Should any of the products supplied arrive damaged, or do not meet the requirements stated on your original order, Rochester Wick Company shall have no liability unless you notify us of the issue within 48 hours of receiving the goods.  Any items that have been damaged through transit, can be refused at delivery or should be kept by you until you have notified us and supplied sufficient photographic evidence of the damaged product. Once evidence has been provided you will be offered a full refund. 


Any claims for incorrect or damaged orders should be made by Email
